Fairfax
Highland Park, TX- Built on speculation, this Transitional style project features architecture by Paul Turney and interior design by Denise McGaha Interiors. The home is over 6,600 square feet with 6 bedrooms, seven baths, and 3 half baths. Includes a detached garage with quarters above. It was sold shortly after completion.
San Carlos
University Park, TX- This was our first spec home in the Park Cities. This Santa Barbara style home was designed by Paul Turney Architects. The home was sold in the pre-drywall stage to a young couple living in the area that needed a larger home for their growing family. They brought in Melina Starr to design the interiors as they had worked with her in the past. This project is over 6,500 square feet with five bedrooms, five baths, and two half baths, with a 3 car garage.
Capps
Dallas, TX- This was a build to suit project in Bluffview . John and Kathy had been living in the smaller house on the property and engaged us to design and build their dream home. Michael Lyons was the architect. The home is over 5,700 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths and a powder room. The one acre site allowed ample room for the infinity edge pool and a putting green.
Cottonwood Valley Ct
Irving, TX- Chris and Dinah came to us because their original builder choice was unable to get the zoning change needed and they were uncomfortable with his foundation contractor. Our relationship with the city of Irving allowed us to get this three story project approved overlooking the Cottonwood Valley Golf Course in Las Colinas. The beautiful, clean, transitional architecture is by Christy Blummerfeld who was just a pleasure to work with. The home is over 6,000 square feet with four bedrooms, four and one half baths. There is a large study for Chris on the third floor we call the "Crow's Nest".
Costa Azul CT
Southlake, TX- We were the third builder the Lateef family had come to. Their dilemma was not uncommon. They had designed a much larger and more complicated project than their budget allowed. They were quite pleased with the end result. The home sits on a one acre site and is over 7,200 square feet with six bedroom, six baths, and a four car garage.
Byron Circle
Irving, TX- Carlos and Judy were already living in a golf course house in the neighborhood, but couldn't resist the allure of this larger lot that has a panoramic view of three fairways and two green of the TPC Four Seasons course. The Mediterranean style home was designed by Michael Lyons Architects with interiors by Betty Glaspy. It is over 7,000 square feet with 5 bedrooms, 6 baths, and a wine cellar below the house. There is even a golf cart garage in back with direct access of the course.
